Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that reading of the following committee report be waived. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Finance Committee has considered HB 264 and recommends it be replaced with: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 264(FIN) "An Act levying and providing for the collection of and disposition of the proceeds of a fishery resource landing tax; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 264(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 264(FIN) pass the House?"
